We are currently seeking a Demi Chef / Chef de Partie to join our energetic kitchen team at Stamford Plaza Brisbane. The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef and team, ensuring quality, consistency, productivity and high standards at all times.
Responsibilities include mise-en-place, preparing items per recipes, guarding freshness, and maintaining hygiene. This role requires an Australian recognised trade in Commercial Cookery and at least 1 year of experience.
