Azalea Grove Nursery is seeking an experienced hands-on Supervisor to lead the packing and dispatch teams at our Redland Bay facility. You will coordinate a team of up to 25 in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely, accurate shipments and strict quality standards.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, train staff, and work closely with production and maintenance to meet company goals. This is a permanent, full time role with a Monday to Friday roster.
