The hospital encompasses 185 beds, 6 operating theatres, 10 bed ICU, with associated rehabilitation, medical and surgical Wards. Our services include two major medical centres, a dedicated mental health unit, an on-site cancer centre including radiation oncology, radiology practice and pathology laboratory.

Your new role as a new grad nurse:
Exciting opportunities available for highly motivated newly graduated Registered Nurse to join our New Grad Program!
Our Program:
Our Mental Health Registered Nurse Program will commence on 8/2/2027 and will consist of a full‐time (or negotiated part‐time e.g. 8 days per fortnight) 12‐month fixed‐term employment contract, with a potential opportunity to apply for a permanent position at the conclusion of the new graduate program (if eligible).
About you (essential criteria):
Completion of your Nursing Degree (Bachelor or Masters) prior to the commencement date.
AHPRA registration prior to commencement.
Current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
Immunisation evidence and serology report in accordance with NSW Health
Candidates must have the right to work in Australia to be considered for this role (Australian citizen, permanent resident, NZ resident or hold a valid visa with unrestricted permission to work). We are not offering Visa sponsorship on this occasion.
Previous undergraduate experience in hospital setting.
Previous undergraduate placement in Mental Health environment.
