The Role
An opportunity has become availablefor several Psychologists / SocialWorkers (Early Intervention Parenting Clinician) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focusof our ******-strong team is on providing world-class health care to peopleliving in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Deliverprofessional level services to families with children aged 0-6 years ofage, presenting with complex needs
Effectivelymanage a clinical caseload of clients, providing evidence-based clinicalinterventions
Applyclinical judgement and knowledge to more complex clinical decision making
Recognisesand engages actively with learning opportunities in everyday work
About you
To be successful in this position youwill require:
Possessionof a tertiary degree in Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent from arecognised tertiary institution
Registrationwith the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA),Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), or associated boards.
Evidenceof vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinatedagainst - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
Tuberculosisscreening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
DriverLicence
PaidBlue Card (Working with Children Check)
Declarationof serious discipline history must be disclosed




CriminalHistory Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)
