About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and curious
Corporate Systems Analyst
to join our Core Operations team, focusing on
process improvement, compliance, operational excellence, and driver access
.
Key Responsibilities
Drive
process improvement and compliance projects
end-to-end.
Analyze data using
SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets
to identify trends and root causes.
Manage
driver access and onboarding
processes, resolving discrepancies and escalations.




Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.
Manage project timelines, reporting, stakeholder communication, and follow-ups.
Resolve JIRA tickets and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience
in problem solving, data analysis, and project delivery.
Good knowledge of
SQL, Excel, and/or Google Sheets
.
Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
.
Self-starter with strong ownership and ability to work independently.
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced and ambiguous environment
.
Proactive team player with a continuous-improvement mindset.
