Multicultural Families Organisation (MFO) is seeking a Program Manager for the SARA DFV program on the Gold Coast. You will lead a CALD-focused team delivering culturally secure support, assessments and advocacy for women and children experiencing domestic and family violence.
You will oversee risk and safety planning, supervise staff, and ensure program compliance with standards and funding requirements, while building strong partnerships with CALD and mainstream organisations to improve outcomes.
