We're looking for reliable and safety-focused Distribution Centre Operators to join our Western Australia team.
Working alongside our Team Leaders, Supervisors and DC Management, you'll help maintain a safe, efficient and well-organised Distribution Centre.
What you'll be doing
* Working across different areas of the Distribution Centre, including inbound and outbound operations
* Loading and unloading trucks and containers, both manually and using material-handling equipment
* Picking and selecting products accurately
* Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment where licensed
* Using RF scanners and other electronic equipment
* Completing equipment pre-start safety checks
* Conducting stock checks and supporting inventory accuracy
* Identifying and reporting damaged products
* Maintaining quality-control standards and procedures
* Completing housekeeping and cleaning duties
* Following directions from Team Leaders, Supervisors and DC Management
* Supporting the team to improve safety, productivity and operational performance
You'll be expected to:
* Follow all workplace health and safety requirements




* Use correct manual-handling techniques
* Comply with secure operating procedures
* Wear all required personal protective equipment
* Immediately report hazards, risks or unsafe conditions
* Help promote a positive and safety-focused workplace
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
* Experience using RF scanning systems
* Basic written, verbal and numerical skills
* The physical ability to safely perform manual-handling duties
* A reliable, flexible and team-focused approach
* Willingness to work across different areas of the Distribution Centre
The following would be advantageous:
* A current forklift licence
