Recruiting and developing new staff
Office and admin duties including financials
Inventory and ordering
Management of shifts
Report to Owners/Directors
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year related role
Ability to manage staff and daily restaurant operations
Robust organisational and leadership skills
Good communication and customer service abilities
