The role combines rental management (leases, inspections, investor relations) with hands‐on grounds maintenance of common areas, gardens, and pools.
You will work onsite 3–4 days at Coombabah and 1–2 days with the rentals team at Bundall, with a total annual package of AU$130,000 incl.
