Speech Pathologist – Expression of Interest
We are looking for passionate therapists, whether newly graduated or experienced, to join our Speech Pathology team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities.

Responsibilities
As a Speech Pathologist, you will:
Provide therapy to clients ranging from infants in early intervention to adults, all with cerebral palsy or similar disabilities
Deliver one‐on‐one or group sessions that are evidence‐based and tailored to each client's goals
Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists and exercise physiologists to offer coordinated care
Develop clearer speech and stronger communication skills, language development and literacy outcomes
Assist with feeding, drinking and swallowing, including advice on saliva control and nutrition
Work with a variety of communication aids and equipment, including high‐tech Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology
Current registration with the Speech Pathology Association (SPA)
Valid driver's licence and own vehicle (where required)

Competitive clinical salary – inclusive of super and tax‐free packaging, ranging from $80,000 to $140,000
