About The Role
Delivering patient centred care that coordinates individualised care from admission and throughout hospitalisation, incorporating discharge planning in the plan of care.
Include provision of detailed documentation of a systematic comprehensive and accurate assessment of patients.
Coordinate and implements the intervention(s) identified in the plan of care/ clinical path.
Evaluate and record progress towards expected outcomes and revise the plan of care as necessary.
Innovative and informed by current research using contemporary techniques and technology.
About You




Must be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Commitment to continued professional development and undertaking further studies as identified as requirements for this position.
Sound knowledge of Department of Health Guidelines and Regulations, Workplace Health and Safety, Infection Control and their impact on the delivery of care.
Must work well within a team environment and promote team cohesion.
