You'll respond to non-urgent enquiries, provide information and escalate issues per policy, with shifts rostered Monday to Sunday from 06:00 to 22:00.
This is an ongoing full-time or part time role, with a base salary of $78,000–$84,799 plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading.
