Therole and you:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the HomeCare portfolio, ensuring services are sustainable,customer-centred and aligned to raafa's organisationalstrategy.
Lead the development and execution of a contemporary HomeCare operating model that delivers service excellence,scalability, workforce effectiveness and long-term growth.
Drive the transformation of Home Care services to respondto evolving customer expectations, market opportunities andregulatory reform.
Build and lead a high-performing leadership team thatfosters accountability, innovation, continuous improvement anda values-driven culture.
Develop and execute growth strategies that increase marketshare, client numbers, service utilisation and revenue acrossthe Home Care portfolio.
Hold accountability for the commercial and financialperformance of the business, ensuring strong financialstewardship and achievement of strategic objectives.
Ensure effective governance, risk management and compliancewith all legislative, regulatory, funding and contractualrequirements.
Contribute as a key member of the senior leadership team,providing strategic input into organisational priorities,reform implementation and integrated service delivery acrossraafa.
About you:
Significant senior leadership experience within the agedcare, home care, health or community services sector, withdemonstrated accountability for operational performance,service delivery, workforce management and financialoutcomes.
Extensive experience leading a large, geographicallydispersed workforce, with a proven ability to build leadershipcapability, drive performance and foster a high-performingculture focused on quality and customer outcomes.
Demonstrated experience in Home Care, including a strongunderstanding of the Support at Home program, Home Care fundingmodels, care management, service delivery and contemporaryoperating models.
Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care QualityStandards and other legislative, regulatory and compliancerequirements relevant to Home Care services.
Proven experience developing and implementing scalableoperating models, systems and processes that supportsustainable growth, operational efficiency and serviceexcellence.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experiencemanaging budgets, financial performance, funding, pricing,forecasting and business growth.
Experience leading business transformation, changemanagement and continuous improvement initiatives withincomplex service delivery environments.
