About the role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll deliver exceptional service in our restaurant and bar, serving food, wine, cocktails, beer, coffee, and other beverages while creating memorable experiences for residents and guests.
You'll support daily dining operations, special events, and functions, helping to foster a warm and welcoming environment.

Full-time position with Monday to Friday availability required.
Role r esponsibilities
Ensure that resident and guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively and an exceptional service is always delivered
Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with resident expectations
Ensure the dining areas are clean and well always presented and assist with cleaning duties as required
Deal with resident and guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner and escalation complaints and comments as required
Assist in the set up and preparation and provide service duties for functions as required
Support kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
Food Safety Certificate
Completion of accredited Barista Course (desirable)
