We are currently seeking experienced
Forklift Operators (Counterbalance and High Reach)
to join a well-established food manufacturing company currently based in
Marrickville
.
This is an
ongoing Monday to Friday chance with potential for permanency
. The company is currently operating from Marrickville and will be
relocating to a new facility in Villawood NSW ****
. Candidates must be willing and able to work at the
new Villawood site once the relocation takes place
.
This position involves a combination of forklift operation and general warehouse duties within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
What's on offer:
Ongoing full-time hours, Monday to Friday
Day shift:
7:00am – 3:00pm

Current location in Marrickville, approximately 10 minutes' walk from Marrickville Station
Relocation to a new facility in Villawood NSW ****

Key responsibilities include:
Operating counterbalance forklifts
Operating high reach forklifts
(6+ rack heights)
with a high level of precision and control
Loading and unloading trucks
RF scanning and inventory handling
Transporting raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility




Performing general warehouse and storeperson duties
Adhering to site safety and GMP standards
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
To be successful, you will have:
A valid
LF Forklift Licence
Minimum
12 months' forklift experience
(3+ years preferred)
Demonstrated
high-level competency operating high reach forklifts (6+ rack heights)
Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced, narrow aisle environment
Previous warehouse/storeperson experience
Understanding of GMP protocols (desirable)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability and willingness to work at the current Villawood NSW **** site following the relocation
Important – Site Relocation
Please note that the client will be relocating from Marrickville to Villawood NSW ****.
Applicants must be
comfortable and able to travel to Villawood once the new site is operational
. Please consider the future location when applying for this position.
This position requires a
highly skilled and experienced High Reach Forklift Operator
. Candidates without strong high reach experience will not be considered.

full working rights in Australia
