Salary: UOM 7 - $111,275 - $120,453 p.a. plus 17% super
Location: Melbourne Global Centre – Delhi
About the Team
You will join Chancellery Global, driving Strategy **** and Advancing Melbourne Globally **** across the University.
The team supports high-impact international partnerships, regional strategies and global centres, including the Melbourne Global Centre – Delhi.
You will collaborate with faculties and leaders on initiatives that expand international engagement, impact and sustainable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Produce concise intelligence briefs, market analysis and reports on India to inform global partnerships and decisions.
Contribute to business cases, proposals and implementation plans for new international partnerships and projects.
Support development and delivery of regional strategies, institutional partnerships and education and research collaborations.
Identify and progress international business development opportunities, including transnational and executive education in Indian markets.
Coordinate visits, delegations, events and Centre activities, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, records and follow‐up actions.
Qualifications & Experience
Hold a relevant degree or equivalent combination of education, training and qualified experience.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefings, reports, presentations and stakeholder correspondence.
Coordinate complex administrative and project activities, exercising sound judgement, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
Build effective cross‐cultural relationships and collaborate with international partners, governments and internal stakeholders.
Apply strong project management skills, with excellent attention to detail and timely delivery of outputs.
Contribute to developing, implementing and improving processes, systems and frameworks for partnership management and reporting.
