We are seeking
experienced Fine Dining Food & Beverage Attendants
with a proven background in hatted or equivalent premium venues. This role is suited to career hospitality professionals who value longevity, pride themselves on service excellence, and thrive in disciplined, high-performance dining environments.
Your Role
As a Fine Dining Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be an integral part of a polished service team, contributing to seamless and elevated guest experiences. You will demonstrate confidence, discretion, and mastery of fine-dining standards while maintaining warmth and genuine hospitality.
Where you'll make an impact
Deliver service aligned with formal fine-dining Sequence of Service standards
Provide professional, personalised guest interactions from arrival to departure
Confidently present menus, explain techniques, and recommend wine pairings
Execute precise food and beverage service, including plate and tray service
Maintain immaculate presentation, cleanliness, and compliance standards
Anticipate guest needs and respond with efficiency and composure
Work collaboratively within a structured, high-expectation service team




Maintain consistency during busy services and extended or split shifts
What we're looking for
You are a seasoned hospitality qualified with a strong track record in premium dining environments. You understand the discipline of fine dining and value long-term commitment, team culture, and continuous refinement of service skills.
To be successful, you will need:
Minimum 1year experience in hatted, degustation, or equivalent fine-dining venues
Demonstrated stability and longevity in previous roles
Strong understanding of fine-dining etiquette and service structure
Confident menu knowledge and wine service fundamentals
Excellent communication, presentation, and guest-facing skills
Ability to carry three plates and manage tray service with ease
Calm, professional approach under pressure
Responsible Service of Alcohol (Essential)
Drivers Licence (Desirable)
