The Opportunity




We are building a national team of Business Development Consultants who will introduce EmploymentWon to:
Individual job seekers
Career coaches
Employment service providers
Recruitment organisations
HR professionals
Training organisations
Outplacement providers
This is a relationship-building role where you'll identify opportunities, demonstrate the platform and help people improve their employment prospects.
Commission Structure
Our business model has very low overheads, allowing us to offer an exceptional commission structure.
You receive:
50% commission on every individual sale (Group sales are by agreement between parties)
Examples include:
$44 product =
$22 commission
$135 product =
$***** commission
There are:
No earning cap
No territory restrictions
No limits on what you can achieve
Earning Potential
Sales consultants consistently achieving approximately
25 sales per week (Estimated 5 hours work)
have the potential to earn
well in excess of $100,000 per year
, depending on the product mix sold.
Your income is limited only by your ability to build relationships and generate sales.
What You'll Do
Develop new business opportunities.
Contact prospective clients and organisations.
Demonstrate the EmploymentWon platform.
Build relationships with employment-related businesses.
Generate individual sales.
