Regis Aged Care is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate clinical care within our Australian aged care home. You will partner with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure protected, high-quality, person-centred support, with responsibility for care planning, documentation and delivery in line with quality standards.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor health, manage risks and respond to complex needs, including wound care.
