An established Australian contractor is partnering with ECi Executive to appoint an
HSE Administrator
to support the delivery of a major marine infrastructure project based in
South Gippsland, Victoria
.
This is an opportunity to join an experienced project team delivering specialist piling and structural works within a high-risk marine construction environment.
Working closely with the project HSE and operational teams, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across safety documentation, compliance and workforce requirements.
We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates based within commuting distance of the project in Victoria.
The Opportunity

Work alongside an experienced and collaborative project and HSE team
Exposure to technically challenging piling and structural construction activities
Site-based role providing hands-on support across project HSE functions
Your Current Role
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project HSE team
Maintain HSE documentation, registers, training records and compliance systems
Assist with site onboarding, inductions and workforce compliance tracking
Coordinate tickets, VOCs and other project documentation requirements
Support incident reporting, audits, inspections and corrective action tracking
Assist with SWMS, risk assessments, safety documentation and document control
Liaise with Project Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and site personnel regarding HSE administration requirements
Support the HSE team in maintaining compliance with project and client requirements
Your Experience
Previous experience within HSE Administration, Project Administration or Compliance Support
Experience within
construction, civil, infrastructure or contractor-based environments
will be highly regarded
Strong administration, organisational and document control skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy project environment
Confident using Microsoft Office and project/document management systems
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
Exposure to HSE systems, site compliance and high-risk construction environments will be advantageous
Your Qualifications
Construction White Card
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety will be highly regarded
Previous exposure to HSE systems and compliance processes preferred
