As the Project Manager within our Defence & Security team, you will apply your experience and skills to plan, execute and deliver diverse and innovative projects supporting Australian customers. You will lead collaboration activities with multiple stakeholders to facilitate and deliver outcomes across projects. This will include but is not limited to, acquisition and engineering change proposals across a diverse technology stack within the air and maritime domains
Description
Autonomously manage the execution of one or multiple projects, from start to finish
Manage the financial and operational resources necessary to meet contractual obligations of the project to ensure profitability
Develop and execute the project management plan for projects
Day-to-day collaboration with matrix team members
Where applicable, participate in proposal writing for project management aspects
Minimum Qualifications
PMP Certification
Expertise in analysing information, designing and developing new approaches, methodologies and processes
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Proven learning capability
Ability to work in a Hybrid mode (3 days in the office/site, 2 days of flexibility), working from the Homebush Office or Brisbane Office.
Ability to obtain/maintain a Defence Security Clearance – must be an Australian Citizen!
Preferred Qualifications
Background in the defence industry is desirable
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, namely, Microsoft Projects

As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible to obtain a Defence Security Clearance to work in this role – please be mindful to obtain a clearance, one of the main requirements is you must be an Australian Citizen.
