What You'll Be Doing
Help create a safe, comfortable day where the person you support can feel independent and in control
Support everyday routines, including personal care, in a way that protects dignity and choice
Get out into the community and support meaningful activities and connections beyond the home
Build trust through consistency, clear communication and a genuinely person-centred approach
Work alongside the wider support team to provide reliable, thoughtful care
You're The Right Person If...
You're genuinely person-centred and understand that valuable support starts with listening to what matters to the person
You have experience providing personal care and are confident supporting someone with dignity and respect
You're a clear communicator who works well as part of a team while being comfortable working independently
You're reliable,



patient and able to build a consistent, trusting relationship over time
You hold a P2 or Open Driver Licence, have access to your own reliable vehicle, and hold the relevant NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
