The bakery specialises in freshly baked breads, artisan rolls, and a variety of specialty baked goods prepared daily using traditional techniques and quality ingredients.
The business is committed to maintaining high standards of product consistency, food safety, and efficient production processes within a supportive team workplace.
Oakbake Pty Ltd is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Baker to join its team.
This role is suited to an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced production setting and takes pride in delivering high-quality bakery products while meeting daily production demands.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: -AQF Certificate III in Baking (including at least two years of structured training), or Certificate IV, or minimum three years of relevant industry experience -At least one year of experience in a high-volume bakery environment with strong hand-moulding skills -Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and flexible rostered hours Key Responsibilities:



-Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, and specialty products in accordance with standard recipes and production schedules -Mix, knead, mould, proof and bake doughs to achieve consistent product quality -Operate ovens and bakery equipment, monitoring baking times and temperatures -Carry out finishing processes such as glazing, decorating and product assembly -Conduct stock checks and monitor ingredient quality and usage -Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards in line with company procedures -Meet daily production targets and assist in managing workflow during busy periods -Support routine cleaning and maintenance of bakery equipment and work areas -Clean and prepare baking trays, tins, and utensils as required Skills and Attributes: -Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency -Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team -Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of handling manual tasks -Positive attitude with the ability to perform under pressure -Good organisational and time management skills To apply for this position, please email your resume to ******.
