This is a hands-on role responsible for guiding a Painter/Blaster and Trades Assistant while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Contract: 12 months What You'll Do: Abrasive blasting and surface preparation Grinding, sanding and mechanical preparation of surfaces Application of industrial coating systems using airless spray equipment Spray, roller and brush application as required Maintaining blasting and painting equipment Completion of quality checks and inspection records Following maintenance work instructions and coating specifications Working safely within an operating manufacturing environment Supporting shutdown, project and routine maintenance activities Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards What You'll Bring:
