We are looking for a Cadet Psychologist with a commercial and organisational leaning, who can join our team and primarily provide assistance with our core business, including candidate interviewing, reference checking, as well as getting involved with job analyses and job descriptions.
In addition, you will complete psychological testing and report writing.
This role will see you working with an extremely diverse clientele, working with and learning from some of the best Professionals and Managers in the region.
Your main tasks will include: Assessing applicants, assisting in shortlisting, conducting interviews, writing advertisements and completing reference checking; Undertaking Recruitment campaigns,



both autonomously and within the team framework; Assisting with Human Resource projects; Assisting with and in time conducting Psychological profiling and assessments (administering cognitive ability tests and personality profiles); Marking of this testing and writing reports; Conduction EAP sessions; and Providing consultant support as required.
As we are a recruitment and selection firm and our Psychological involvement is in the assessment of individuals for their organisational fit.
Therefore, there is very limited scope for clinical, counselling and vocational guidance for individuals, as this is not our core business.
This is not a purely test administration role.
The predominance of your work will be assessing people by interview and background checks and only once they have completed this process, the test administration can be conducted.
This position is for either a qualified Psychologist or a Psychologist in training, who has finished their fourth year (Honours etc.) and is eligible for registration.
You will have exceptional time management ability, interpersonal and communication skills and be fully conversant with MS Office computer applications.
On top of this, you will be outgoing and passionate about developing your career in consulting.
