Casual | Multiple Retail Sites
Casual officers will have the opportunity to work across retail centres including, but not limited to:
Cleveland Central
Victoria Point
Capalaba Central
Capalaba Park
Shifts and sites will vary based on operational requirements,



officer availability and location.
What You'll Do
Deliver friendly, professional customer service
Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and promote a safe environment
Patrol retail areas and monitor CCTV for suspicious activity
Respond to incidents, emergencies and medical situations
Apply First Aid and CPR when required
Manage access to restricted areas and loading docks
Handle conflicts calmly using effective de-escalation techniques
Prepare accurate incident reports and security logs
What We're Looking For
Current
QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control Function
Current
First Aid & CPR certificates
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional presentation and high integrity
Reliability and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work across a retail trading roster
Driver's Licence and reliable transport
preferred for casual roles
