The Role Working within a busy and supportive customer service team, your responsibilities will include: Managing inbound customer calls and email enquiries Providing accurate information about products and services Processing customer requests, bookings and account updates Responding to questions and resolving customer concerns Entering and updating information accurately in company systems Liaising with internal departments to follow up customer requests Maintaining skilled and positive customer relationships Completing general customer service and administrative tasks About You To be successful, you will ideally have: Previous customer service,
