Cabana Bar is Sydney CBD's largest outdoor terrace — a resort-style, tropical oasis stretched over 100m in the heart of Martin Place, complete with two beach-inspired bars, an open-air kitchen, and views that make the 9-5 feel very far away. We run on "Cabana Time" — quick lunches, boozy long lunches, after-work hangs, and late-night vibes, all day, every day.

The Role
We're on the hunt for a Bartender who can shake, stir and sell the staycation dream. Think coconut margs, house Mai Tais, and Piña Coladas by the dozen — served up with the kind of energy that makes a Tuesday feel like a Saturday in Tulum.
What You'll Be Doing
Crafting cocktails like the Coco Cabana-Rita and the Cabana Tai'm — with speed, consistency and a bit of flair
Running a busy resort-style bar across lunch,



after-work rush and weekend sessions
Keeping the bar stocked, spotless and guest-ready at all times
Bringing warm, confident energy to every guest — regulars and first-timers alike
Working closely with the floor team to keep the good times moving
You Are
An experienced bartender who's confident behind a cocktail station and on tap
Holder of a current NSW RSA (mandatory)
Someone who brings genuine hospitality energy
Reliable, well-presented, and up for a fast-paced, high-volume venue
Available for casual shifts across weekdays, evenings and Saturdays
