The exciting opportunity as our Deputy Director of Nursing: Support the Director of Nursing to enable smooth running of our 129-bed Lake Cathie aged care home Provide clinical leadership, direct, empower and support the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality person-centred care Oversee data collection, review clinical indicators and support the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives to maintain accreditation compliance Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and their families, address feedback and deliver exceptional customer service Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care is provided The many benefits: Very well staffed home – be supported by the Director of Nursing, two Clinical Nurse Managers, and the external Resource Team Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities Work in a friendly,
