As the business continues to grow its construction and development activities, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to strengthen our market presence, identify new market opportunities and develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
About the Position The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for researching and analysing market opportunities and developing, implementing and evaluating marketing strategies for TRV Homes' residential, commercial and property development activities.
The position will work closely with management to understand market conditions, customer preferences and competitor activity and develop marketing strategies that support the continued growth and positioning of the business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities The successful applicant will be responsible for: ·Researching potential demand and market characteristics for residential construction, commercial construction and property development services.
·Collecting and analysing market data, customer information, industry trends and competitor activities to identify existing and emerging market opportunities.
·Developing and implementing marketing objectives, policies, strategies and programs to support the growth of the business.
·Conducting and coordinating market research to identify opportunities for new and existing construction services, projects and property offerings.
·Analysing customer demographics, preferences, enquiry patterns and market behaviour to assist in identifying appropriate target markets.
·Advising management on marketing strategies, market positioning,



pricing considerations, promotional activities and customer acquisition approaches.
·Planning and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.
·Developing marketing strategies for residential projects, new home construction, commercial construction and property development activities.
·Advising management on the appropriate marketing mix and promotional strategies for different projects and target customer segments.
·Developing and coordinating marketing and promotional materials, including project information, website content, digital campaigns, brochures and other communications.
·Coordinating digital marketing activities, including website marketing, search campaigns, social media campaigns and other online promotional initiatives.
·Monitoring competitor activities, market positioning, promotional strategies and changes in the residential construction and property markets.
·Analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, enquiry sources, customer engagement and conversion trends.
·Preparing marketing performance reports, market analysis and recommendations for management.
·Developing strategies to strengthen the TRV Homes brand and maintain consistent positioning across marketing and communication channels.
·Liaising with external advertising, digital marketing, media, design and other service providers to coordinate marketing initiatives where required.
·Monitoring marketing expenditure and campaign performance to assist management in evaluating the effectiveness and return on marketing investment.
·Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging trends affecting the South Australian construction, housing and property markets.

Qualifications and Experience Applicants should have: ·A relevant Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications or a related discipline .
·Relevant professional experience in marketing, market research, marketing strategy or a related professional marketing position.
·Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
·Strong market research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Ability to analyse market trends, customer behaviour and marketing performance.
·Experience in digital marketing and contemporary marketing channels.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·Demonstrated ability to prepare professional marketing reports, strategies and recommendations.
·Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
·Ability to work independently and provide marketing advice to management.
·Experience in the building, construction, property development or real estate industry will be highly regarded but is not essential .
About You You will be a commercially focused marketing skilled with the ability to combine market research, analysis and strategic thinking with practical marketing implementation.
You will be able to identify market opportunities, understand customer and industry trends and translate your analysis into marketing strategies that support business growth.
You will also be comfortable working with senior management and relevant stakeholders to develop and evaluate marketing initiatives across the company's residential, commercial and property development activities.
