We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to guide a team of 4–5 engineers in delivering high-traffic, customer-facing web experiences at scale.

Responsibilities As an Engineering Team Lead, you will: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–5 engineers.
Own the technical direction of a high-traffic web platform.
Improve Core Web Vitals, SEO, latency, and overall web performance.
Drive better engineering velocity and remove technical blockers.
Lead architecture and system design discussions.
Enhance technical standards, code quality, and engineering practices.
Manage technical debt and cross-team dependencies.
Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams.
Help the team make pragmatic technical trade-offs.
Communicate technical risks, options, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have: Proven experience as an Engineering Team Lead, Technical Lead, Lead Software Engineer, or hands-on Engineering Manager.
Strong expertise in:



React.js Next.js Server-Side Rendering Core Web Vitals Web performance and scalability High-traffic customer-facing platforms System design and architecture APIs and distributed services Cloud platforms (AWS) Direct experience in people leadership and team development.
A track record of partnering with Product and Design teams.
Additional experience with GraphQL, micro-frontends, modern application security, and AI coding tools is highly desirable.
