We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join this high-performing team.
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 80 properties , while playing an important role in supporting the broader Property Management team during periods of overflow.
With exceptional systems, streamlined processes and a collaborative team environment , you'll have the tools and support to manage your portfolio efficiently, deliver outstanding service and thrive in a busy, professional agency.
The Role Manage a portfolio of 70 properties Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Conduct routine inspections and manage maintenance Handle leasing, renewals,



arrears and general property management requirements Coordinate trades and ensure maintenance is handled efficiently Assist the wider Property Management team with overflow when required Provide exceptional service and contribute to the overall success of the team Utilise our up-to-date systems and processes to ensure your portfolio is managed efficiently and seamlessly About you: Has previous experience in Property Management Proficient with Ingoings, Outgoings, Routines Has excellent communication and organisational skills Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service Is proactive, solutions-focused and able to work well under pressure Enjoys being part of a collaborative and supportive team Wants to work for an agency that genuinely values its people This is more than just another Property Management role.
