Reporting to the Centre Manager,



the Aquatic Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day aquatic operations of the centre, with a strong focus on safety, risk management and compliance.
You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe environment for staff and patrons by implementing hazard prevention strategies, monitoring risk and ensuring all operational standards are consistently met.
This is a hands-on role where you will oversee emergency equipment readiness, support incident and accident investigations, and ensure all safety systems, inspections and records are up to date.
