About the Position: The Retail Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Wollongong store, ensuring smooth service delivery, robust sales performance, high customer satisfaction, and efficient team leadership in a busy quick-service restaurant environment.
This role is central to maintaining El Jannah's reputation for quality and speed while driving profitability and compliance across all store functions.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, service standards, and peak-period workflow.
Manage stock levels, ordering, inventory control, and product mix to minimise waste and maintain freshness.
Lead, roster, train,



and supervise staff to deliver consistent customer service and food quality.
Monitor sales performance, undertake budgeting, and control costs while meeting revenue targets.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, occupational health and safety, and company policies.
Handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive dining experience.
Implement local marketing initiatives and support brand promotions to drive foot traffic and repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of stock, financial transactions, and staff performance.
