They are seeking a values-driven Tenancy Manager to join their customer-focused team and play a key role in delivering exceptional tenancy management and community outcomes.
The Opportunity In this hands-on role, you'll be the first point of contact for tenants, ensuring their needs are met with care, professionalism and responsiveness.
You'll manage a diverse tenancy portfolio, supporting residents to sustain their housing through proactive engagement and practical problem-solving.
You'll also work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to address tenancy issues, manage arrears and property care, and contribute to broader community wellbeing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Provide responsive, respectful and consistent customer service Manage tenancy agreements in line with the NSW Residential Tenancies Act **** Support tenants to sustain their tenancies through early intervention and engagement Manage arrears, property standards,
and anti-social behaviour Prepare documentation and represent the organisation at NCAT where required Collaborate with colleagues and support partners to achieve positive tenant outcomes Maintain accurate records and comply with organisational policies and reporting standards About You You're an organised and empathetic professional who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment.
You bring a mix of practical tenancy management skills and a genuine commitment to community impact.
Essential: Experience in property management (community housing, public housing, or real estate) Sound understanding of the NSW Residential Tenancies Act **** Strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Current NSW Driver's Licence Desirable: Understanding of social and affordable housing frameworks Experience engaging with vulnerable communities Prior NCAT representation experience Qualifications in social work, community services or a related discipline What's on Offer Salary: $95,000 + Super + Salary Packaging (SCHADS Level 4) Hybrid working model (4 days onsite / 1 day WFH) Supportive, values-led culture focused on inclusion and empowerment Opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives and communities If you're a housing professional who combines a business head with a social heart, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact.
