Repair Centre Manager – Collision Repair | Multiple Locations QLD | VIC | NSW Ready to take ownership of a high-performing collision repair centre?
A leading national automotive collision repair group is seeking experienced Repair Centre Managers for multiple opportunities across Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales .
We're looking for proven leaders who can take responsibility for the overall performance of a repair centre – leading people, driving operational results and delivering an outstanding experience for customers and key stakeholders.

The Role As Repair Centre Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of the site, balancing people, productivity, quality, customer service and commercial outcomes .
Key responsibilities will include: Leading the overall operation and performance of the repair centre Managing, developing and motivating a diverse site-based team Driving productivity, efficiency and profitability Monitoring and delivering against operational and financial KPIs Ensuring workflow and repair processes are effectively managed Maintaining high standards of repair quality and customer service Building strong relationships with customers, insurers and other key stakeholders Managing staffing, performance and team development Ensuring workplace health, safety and compliance standards are maintained Identifying opportunities to improve processes and site performance Creating a positive,
accountable and results-focused culture About You You'll ideally have leadership experience within the collision repair, automotive or related industry , along with the commercial awareness required to successfully run a busy operation.
We're looking for: Previous experience as a Repair Centre Manager, Bodyshop Manager, Site Manager or similar Strong leadership and people-management capability Solid knowledge of collision repair operations and workflow Commercial acumen and an understanding of budgets, profitability and KPIs A track record of improving operational performance Strong customer and stakeholder management skills The ability to coach, develop and retain high-performing teams Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A strong commitment to quality, safety and customer outcomes Relevant automotive or collision repair qualifications would be highly regarded but are not essential for the right leader.
