The role As an associate recruitment consultant, you will pursue new business opportunities for Gough using a variety of prospecting methods.
You'll balance hunting new business with attentive account management and high-quality service delivery Your role will include: Building and managing client relationships Developing new business opportunities Sourcing and interviewing candidates Managing recruitment processes from start to finish Crafting Ad strategy to maximize visibility and engagement Networking across the industry Negotiating offers Providing market advice to clients and candidates Building a strong personal brand within your market About you: Proven success in a B2B sales environment Curious and eager to learn Passionate about the Real Estate,
Property, Development or Construction industry Confident building relationships No fear of picking up the phone Commercially minded Target-driven and motivated by results Resilient and adaptable Interested in long-term career growth The ideal Gough consultant is vibrant, energetic and not afraid to get out there and meet clients and candidates face-to-face.
