Details Work Type: Permanent Salary Range: $100,001 - $120,000 Whats on Offer: Description Clinical Care Coordinator The Prospect We're looking for a clinically strong and motivated Registered Nurse to step into a newly created Clinical Care Coordinator position with an established not-for-profit aged care provider.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on clinically while also supporting and developing others.
You'll play an important role in maintaining high standards of care, mentoring the clinical team and helping drive positive outcomes for residents.
Ideally, you'll bring around three years of residential aged care experience.
However, we're equally interested in speaking with motivated RNs who may have less experience but demonstrate strong clinical skills, initiative and a genuine drive to progress their career.
