Brisbane - Commercial Multi-Residential Projects Manage electrical projects across Brisbane Strong pipeline | Autonomy | High growth contractor We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to take ownership of multiple projects across Brisbane.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who combines strong commercial capability with practical electrical construction knowledge and confident leadership.
THE ROLE Managing 3-4 concurrent electrical projects, typically $2M-$6M in value, you'll take responsibility for projects from planning through to completion, including: Programming, procurement and project delivery Cost control, forecasting, variations and commercial performance Leadership of supervisors, leading hands and site teams Subcontractor and labour management Design coordination and constructability Client, builder and stakeholder relationships Reporting, risk management and project handover The role will see you leading teams of approximately ***** people across your project portfolio.
ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone who can step in and take ownership from the outset.
Ideally, you'll bring:
5-10 years' electrical Project Management experience Commercial and/or multi-residential high-rise experience Ideally Tier 2 contracting experience - but we are flexible around this Proven experience managing multiple projects and sizeable site teams Strong commercial and contract management capability Excellent client and stakeholder skills Electrical trade background - essential You'll be practical, organised and commercially switched on, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients while maintaining the respect of your site teams.
