A global financial institute is currently seeking an Identity Engineer for a permanent role.
We're looking for engineers with a strong systems background who have naturally evolved into Identity Engineering.
Devops mindset is also key for this role.
This is a hybrid position- 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities: Design, build and operate the identity services that secure customer access to the banks platforms.
Development of distributed identity and authentication services, supporting secure authentication, authorisation and API access at scale.
Implement and maintain authentication and federation services using SAML, LDAP, OAuth.
Write and maintain scripts and code to automate provisioning, configuration and operational tasks Collaborate closely with identity, platform and application teams to ensure systems remain secure, reliable and observable, while continuously improving engineering practices.
Key Skills / Experience:



+ 3 years IAM engineer experience Solid understanding of identity standards and protocols such as OIDC, OAuth, and SAML.
Successful applicants bring hands-on experience with IAM platforms like Ping, Okta, Entra ID, IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), or similar tools.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and contemporary engineering practices Web and API technologies (REST, HTTP, certificates) Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS technoloies The ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
