WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADERS PROCESSING SUPERVISOR We are currently recruiting for 6 long-term opportunities across two warehouse sites.
These roles offer an immediate start and the opportunity to transition from casual to permanent for the right candidates.
1 x Day Shift - Inbound Team Leader 1 x Day Shift - Reach Team Leader 1 x Night Shift - Reach Team Leader 1 x Afternoon Shift - Reach Team Leader 1 x Afternoon Shift - Inbound Team Leader 1 x Day Shift - Processing Supervisor About the Roles We are looking for experienced and motivated warehouse leaders who can effectively coordinate teams, maintain high standards and ensure daily operations run efficiently.
Key responsibilities include: Lead and coordinate daily receiving operations, ensuring goods are received accurately and on time.
Lead the Inbound team and ensure work is completed efficiently with resources used effectively.
Guide team members and actively assist with problem-solving.
Promote and adhere to all company policies, procedures and OH S requirements.
Assist with the training and development of team members.
Learn and understand all processes within the receiving area.
Complete rostering and workforce coordination.




Learn and effectively use internal warehouse management systems, including WMS, SAP, Portal and C3.
Perform other duties within the scope of the position.
What We re Looking For Previous warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor experience Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage a team in a quick-paced warehouse environment Good understanding of warehouse processes and OH S Experience with WMS/SAP or similar warehouse systems is highly desirable Strong problem-solving and organisational skills Reliable, motivated and committed to a long-term career Employment All positions are long-term opportunities for the right candidate.
