Key responsibilities: Leading AI adoption across the business, tools, training and the hands on work to make it stick Identifying and automating high-volume back-office processes across finance, People, legal and operations Building analytics and AI models that sharpen our front-office commercial edge Making the business case for AI investment and proving it delivers About you: 5+ years in analytics, data science or AI, with real delivery experience Proficient in Python, SQL, Power BI and Tableau; familiar with Azure, AWS or GCP Hands-on with tools like Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI APIs or Power Automate Commercially sharp, you can build an ROI model and present it to a CFO Able to make complex data simple for non-technical audiences So, what's in it for you?
