You'll ideally bring: Proven automotive dealership Service Manager experience Strong people leadership and performance management skills Experience within a franchised dealership environment Multi-franchise experience or exposure to a complex service operation Strong understanding of workshop productivity and efficiency Commercial awareness and confidence working with departmental KPIs A strong customer retention and satisfaction focus Confidence dealing with OEM and manufacturer representatives The ability to lead a sizeable team through clear expectations and accountability Pentana experience would be advantageous Remuneration The position offers a retainer circa $100,000 plus guaranteed incentives for a period, allowing the successful candidate to establish themselves within the operation before moving fully into the ongoing incentive structure.
A company vehicle is also included.
More than anything, this role offers genuine scale.
You'll be taking responsibility for a busy, established service department where strong leadership and relatively small improvements in productivity, efficiency and customer retention can have a significant impact.
If you've successfully led dealership service operations and are ready to take responsibility for a larger, multi-brand environment, apply today for a confidential discussion.
