The Role: Currently seeking a Senior Strata Manager to add to their expanding team, this is an office that provides plenty of support and structure.
Managing a very small portfolio, this is an opportunity that will see you: Liaising with Owners Corporation as required Preparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutes Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM) Drafting and issuing breach of by-laws letters and formal notice to comply Assisting with the management of junior staff members The Candidate :
