Stores and Logistics Coordinator JOB DESCRIPTION APPLY NOW LGM Industries is a leading construction and maintenance contractor specialising in structural, mechanical, and piping (SMP) services for the Western Australian resource and energy sectors.
LGM is seeking an experienced and organised Stores and Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of our tools, equipment and associated logistics.
This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring our equipment and tooling is safe, serviceable, and well maintained.
You'll work closely with our workshop, project and procurement team to manage the efficient storage, maintenance, preparation and movement of tooling and equipment across our various site based projects.
About the role: Accurately logging and tracking tools and equipment using the LGM asset register Conducting routine inspections and coordinating maintenance of tooling and equipment Preparing and submitting tooling and equipment purchase requests Maintaining site-ready containers to minimum tooling and equipment requirements, liaising with supervisors and project managers Coordinating the transport of tooling and equipment to and from project sites Receiving inwards goods and ensuring the LGM yard is well maintained Coordinating testing and tagging of small tools and equipment Organising calibration of controlled equipment, including measuring devices, torque wrenches and breathalysers About you: Experience in a similar role HR Drivers Licence A trade qualification (desirable)



Previous experience within the SMP industry HRWL – LF – RB Hold testing and tagging tickets (desirable) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word Good organisational and communication skills A practical, hands-on approach and a strong focus on safety The logistics and store coordinator plays an integral role as part of our operations team, your attention to detail, planning and proactive approach will help prevent equipment delays, minimise unnecessary expenditure and allow our project teams to focus on delivering their work safely and efficiently.
