Core Talent is working with a leading organisation delivering large-scale industrial and capital projects across Australia.
Due to continued project demand, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their Perth-based project delivery team.
About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale industrial project in Perth.You will be responsible for coordinating site installation, commissioning and engineering activities, working closely with clients, contractors and internal project teams to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities will include: Supervising day-to-day site activities and subcontractors Coordinating mechanical and electrical installation works Reviewing drawings, plans and technical documentation Liaising with clients, builders, subcontractors and internal stakeholders Coordinating materials, resources and site requirements Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained Supporting commissioning and project handover activities Identifying and managing project risks and promoting a strong safety culture Ensuring works are completed in line with project schedules and specifications Providing solid leadership and direction to site teams We're Looking For:



5+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager or similar Experience delivering large-scale capital, industrial or infrastructure projects Mechanical and/or Electrical trade background highly regarded Experience supervising subcontractors and site teams Strong understanding of WHS requirements and site safety Experience with installation and commissioning activities Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple site activities Strong MS Office and computer skills Material handling, automation or warehouse project experience will be highly regarded What's on Offer: Perth Metro location Casual contract opportunity 3-6 months Opportunity to work on a large-scale industrial project Strong project pipeline and potential for ongoing opportunities Work with an established and reputable project delivery team If you're interested in applying for this Site Supervisor position, reach out to Charlene Fitzgerald for a confidential chat at ******, call ************, or apply now.
