About the Role Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to: Lead the strategic and day‐to‐day delivery of high‐quality OSHC services across multiple sites.
Ensure child safety, wellbeing, inclusion and regulatory compliance always.
Provide educational leadership aligned with My Time, Our Place and quality improvement expectations.
Recruit, develop and support capable, high‐performing educators and leadership teams.
Foster a positive, inclusive and psychologically safe workplace culture.
Oversee staffing, enrolments, resources and budgets to ensure sustainable service delivery.
Build solid partnerships with families, schools, community stakeholders and regulators.
Contribute to organisational strategy, continuous improvement and service growth.
