Engineering Engineering - Other QLD Other Permanent / Full Time FIFO from Brisbane to Cairns, Weipa NT projects on a 2/1 roster Lead major civil infrastructure, earthworks mining projects Long-term opportunity with a growing Australian-owned contractor A leading Australian-owned civil contractor is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join their Infrastructure Division delivering major civil infrastructure projects across Queensland and the Northern Territory.
This prospect is suited to an experienced Supervisor with a strong background in bulk earthworks, road construction, mining infrastructure, or resource projects who is looking for long-term stability, career progression, and exposure to large-scale projects.
The role offers FIFO opportunities flying from Brisbane to projects across Cairns, Weipa, and the Northern Territory, with flights, accommodation, and meals provided while working on a 2/1 roster.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure safe and efficient delivery Lead site crews, operators, and subcontractors across civil construction activities Conduct pre-start meetings and toolbox talks Manage plant, labour, and resources to meet project schedules Oversee bulk earthworks, road construction, and infrastructure works Liaise with clients, subcontractors,
