The Company Our client is a large Australian-based organisation and are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join their centralised compliance team.
This role will start on a temporary basis with a view to move onto a permanent contract.
The Role Working within a small, centralised compliance team, this is a high-volume, process-driven position with a strong focus on document verification.
Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing and verifying compliance documentation Checking licences, training certificates, insurances and other documentation for accuracy and expiry dates Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of contractors and subcontractors Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and databases Completing high-volume data entry and ensuring information remains current Responding to queries regarding documentation and compliance requirements Supporting the wider team with general administration Your Profile To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience within compliance, administration, onboarding or document verification Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills Confidence working with high volumes of data and documentation Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Solid written and verbal communication skills The ability to confidently follow up contractors for outstanding information Experience working across databases or compliance systems The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines A proactive and team-focused approach Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
