What You'll Do As a Procurement Specialist, you'll help Santos get the best value from its supply chain working across sourcing, contracts and supplier relationships to deliver real commercial outcomes.
Develop sourcing strategies and category plans that drive savings and efficiency Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to solve procurement challenges Manage contracts and supplier performance to keep value flowing and supply secure Spot opportunities to cut costs, reduce risk and improve how we work Support procure-to-pay activities and keep procurement records accurate in our ERP systems What You'll Bring You don't necessarily need a procurement CV — you need sharp thinking, strong communication and a drive to deliver.
We're looking for people who can negotiate, analyse, influence and get things done.
You might come from:



Operations or project management — you understand how work gets done and how to manage competing priorities Finance or business analysis — you're comfortable with data, contracts and commercial thinking Stakeholder or relationship management — you build trust quickly and influence outcomes Any role where you've negotiated, managed suppliers, administered contracts or worked with ERP or business systems What matters most: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with an eye for efficiency Comfort working with systems and data — ERP experience a plus, not a must Relevant qualifications in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Finance or a related field welcomed What you'll get: Here, you'll be amongst high-calibre people and get to work on industry-leading projects.
